I’m Alethea, property is my passion. My BIGGEST love is for heritage properties such as conservation Shophouses and conservation black and white terraces. <\/strong>

In Modern Singapore, many of such properties had given way to buildings and I truly think these is our intangible history, heritage, and culture. I love bringing stakeholders such as investors, property owners, to inject new life and gentrify these exciting shophouses areas while conserving their unique detailing and facade.
